The programme will consist of a mixture of music from the more 'traditional' viol repertoire, but also settings of Armenian and other folk songs Lucine is an Armenian-American viola da gamba player, singer, and composer from New Jersey. She studied music at Yale University, then in Basel, where she was taught viol by Paolo Pandolfo and voice by Rosa Dominguez, then in London with Jonathan Manson at the Royal Academy of Music where she met Nathan Giorgetti. Nathan spent most of his life as a modern cellist, living in Bremen, then Madrid, before eventually returning to the U.K. He first encountered the viol through Hille Perl's teaching while in Bremen, but it was only during the lockdown of March 2020 that Nathan played one for the first time.
