Venice and the island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni provide the inspiration for Intesa Duo's programme: works by Monteverdi, Caccini, Strozzi and Morenzi, as well as Armenian composers Nerses Shnorhali and Grigor Narekatsi, exploring romantic and sacred love.
